TERMS OF SERVICE FOR GT4B VoIP Platform (Updated 01/01/2019):

This Service is governed by Customer’s separate signed agreement with Global Telecom For Business (GT4B).

A. Service Description-

GT4B VoIP Platform is a communications platform providing the global infrastructure for enterprise voice services.

B. Availability-

The system(s) defined in this Service Level Agreement will be available 24x7 with the exception of scheduled maintenance as defined herein. Scheduled maintenance is established between Sundays 10:00 AM to Sunday 4:00 PM. This scheduled maintenance window will only be used when necessary (e.g., hardware and software upgrades, software patches, faulty hardware replacement, application changes).

C. Charges-

GT4B VoIP charges include:

• Flat Rate Pricing Model
• GT4B VoIP Application (Isymphony)
• 1 DID per Registered User
• Modeled After Industry Standard Fair Usage Policy
• Included Country List

D. Fair Usage Policy-

GT4B’s fair usage policy is designed to prevent fraudulent use of the GT4B VoIP Platform. GT4B’s products are for business use only. The following is a non-exhaustive list of practices that would not be considered Legitimate Use:

• Using subscriptions for telemarketing or call center operations;
• Re-selling subscription minutes;
• Sharing subscriptions between users whether via a PBX, call center, computer or any other means;
• Calling numbers (whether singly, sequentially or automatically) to generate income for yourself or others as a result of placing the call, other than for your individual business communications: and
• Unusual calling patterns inconsistent with normal, individual subscription use, for example, regular calls of short duration or calls to multiple numbers in a short period of time.

Subscriptions

With respect to this Fair Usage Policy, GT4B’s unlimited subscription allows unlimited calls to landlines in the applicable subscription countries (excluding special, premium, service and non-geographic numbers) for the time period specified at the time of purchase. Unlimited calls to mobiles may also be included where stated at the time of purchase. All calls will be disconnected and require a re-dial after a 2-hour duration.

You agree to comply with all applicable laws and to obtain all necessary consents and make all necessary disclosures before using the online service and/or the recording feature(s).

Access to Software and Service: Customer understands that GT4B licenses and resells software and services from third party providers around the world for the purpose of providing services to its customers. Customer may access such software and services as part of the services provided to the Customer hereunder. Customer agrees that it will not, nor will it allow its agents, employees or its authorized third parties to decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer or otherwise access the source code of any software provided by GT4B whether the software and service is owned by GT4B or licensed by GT4B from a third party provider.
